How can we help you?​

Requirement Gathering​

Initiate discussions with the client to comprehensively understand their garment export needs, encompassing garment types, quantity, desired quality standards, delivery timelines, and any specific customization preferences.



Sourcing and Supplier
Management:

Identify reliable suppliers and manufacturers and evaluate suppliers based on factors such as product quality, capacity and compliance with international standards.
Regularly communicate with suppliers to ensure timely production and resolve any issues that may arise.

Product Development:​​

Collaborate with the client to develop garment designs, styles, and specifications.
Coordinate with designers to create samples for approval.
Make any necessary adjustments or modifications based on client feedback.


Production and Manufacturing:​

Place bulk production orders based on the approved designs, specifications, and quantity requirements.
Monitor the production process closely to ensure adherence to quality standards, production schedules, and delivery deadlines.

Quality Assurance and Inspection:​​

Conduct final inspections of the exported garments to ensure they meet the agreed-upon quality standards.
Address any quality issues, such as defects or discrepancies, with the suppliers and take necessary corrective actions.

Documentation and Shipment​​

Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements.
Coordinate with freight forwarders or shipping agents to arrange transportation and shipping.
